Veggie Fried Rice – Crock Pot

This is Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezey as my kids would say! So good! Satisfies that need for Chinese take out!

What you need:
Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice 90 Microwave Packet
1-2 cups Frozen mixed veggies
1/2 medium onion diced
3 TBL Butter (non dairy if needed)
2 TBL Soy Sauce (watch for allergens)
2 tsp Worchester sauce (watch for allergens)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

How to:
Dump rice into crock pot. Add all other ingredients.

Stir to combine all ingredients.

Cook in crock pot on low for about 3 hours – if it starts to dry out at any time add just a bit of water.

Bacon Onion Green Beans

My all time favorite Green Beans ever just got easier! In the Crock Pot – set it and forget it!
Nothing says home cooking like these beans!

What you need:
3 Can Green Beans
1 Small Onion
6 Slice Microwavable Bacon
2 Cans Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper

How To:
Dice small onion
Open and drain all Green Beans.
Cook microwavable bacon and chop into bits.
Add all above ingredients into crock pot.
Pour both cans of Chicken Broth over everything in crock pot.
Sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.

Stir together.
Turn crock pot on high for 7 hours.

Garlic Potatoes – Crock Pot

Garlic is one of my all time favorite spices! I love it and us it in pretty much everything! You can never have to much garlic!
This is a kid approved amazing side dish!

What you will need:
5-6 Large Potatoes
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Water
1-2 TBL Garlic Salt

How To:
Peel and largely dice potatoes
Pour 1 cup water, 1 cup butter (dairy free if needed), 1-2 TBL Garlic into crock pot
Dump in prepared potatoes.

Cook on high for 5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
