Replacement Chart for Help Avoiding Dairy and Egg

We use these replacements a lot. Most of the time in baked desserts. Once you get use to the “change” it becomes very simple. We have followed this for about 9 years now. Most of our desserts are better than using the “real items” such as dairy and egg. Our Chocolate and Vanilla Cake for example is AMAZING!
