What you need:
2 Ripe Bannana
1 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1/2 Light Brown Sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Opitional – add 1/4 -1/2 cup of your favorite fruit (blueberries, strawberries, etc) or chocolate chips

How to:
Mash bananas with a fork until well mashed.

Add in remainder of ingredients except your optional item(s).
Stir well to combine.

Baked Donuts! Allergy Friendly!

What you need:
1 Cup Flour
6 TBL Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon – (if you don’t want a cinnamon tasting donut – exlude)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
6 TBL Soy Very Vanilla Milk
1/4 Tsp Vinegar
1/4 Cup of Applesauce
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp melted butter (watch for allergens)

How To:
Preheat over to 325 degrees
Combine all dry ingredients into Kitchen Aid mixer or similar.
Now add all wet ingredients to dry and mix well.

While mixer is running grease donut pan.

Once all ingredients are mixed well it time to add them to the donut pan.

Use a 1/4 measuring cup to fill donut section about 3/4 the way full.

Bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.

French Toast

French toast and pancakes are our boy’s favorite meals! They could eat it breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

What you need:
2 Cups Loaf of FROZEN Bread (your choice – watch for allergens)
Plain or Vanilla Soy Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
2 TBL Sugar
1 TBL Cinnamon
Butter (dairy free – watch for allergens)

How to:
Add all ingredients except butter to mixing bowl and whisk well.

While mixing have your flat skillet on low warming up.
Take just a sliver of butter and put it on the four areas of the skillet each piece of bread will lay.

Take a piece of frozen bread and quickly dip it into your French toast mixture.
Flip the piece over and quickly dip the other side into the mixture.

Lay first piece of bread on skillet and continue doing the next 3 pieces of bread in the same manner.

Cook on low until both sides are browned and not “mushy”
